Any Licensee, generating company, electricity consumer or any other stake holder in Haryana, aggrieved by any decision, direction or order passed by the Commission may file a review petition with the Commission within 30 days of such decision, direction or order as per Conduct of Business Regulations, 2004(205 Kb) of the Commission, as amended from time to time, or prefer an appeal to the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity under section 111 of the Electricity Act 2003 (except under section 127 of the Act) within a period of forty five days from the date on which a copy of the order made is received by the aggrieved person.
