Haryana Map: The Map Signifies the Geographical Boundary.

The Color bands & Power symbol: The three color bands (Red, Yellow & Blue) signify the electricity and Power.

The Consumer: The consumer signifies the end user of the power.

Beam Balance: The Beam Balance signifies the balance that the Commission is required to maintain between the utilities and the end consumer.

Circular boundary: The circular boundary signifies the regulatory control over all the regulated businesses of the power utilities, stakeholders and end user by the Commission.
